Samples are shipped 3-7 days after payment. Bulk orders take 15-25 days depending on quantity, customization (color, length, fittings, packaging), and current production capacity. We confirm an exact delivery date with every order.
Yes. Length is fully customizable from 100 mm to 2,200 mm. Braided hoses come in 12+ standard colors with custom colors available on request. Fittings (banjo, bolt, thread) can be specified to your application. Your logo can be printed on the product label, polybag and export carton.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, and PayPal (for samples only). Standard terms for all orders are 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance paid in full before bulk shipment.
We ship by sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We export to 60+ countries on FOB, CIF and EXW Incoterms 2020. Our logistics team can also arrange door-to-door delivery via your nominated forwarder.
Yes. Our brake hoses meet or exceed DOT, FMVSS-106 and GB/T standards. Every hose is 100% pressure tested before packing. Material certificates (SS304 braid, EPDM inner tube, zinc-plated steel fittings) and test reports are available on request.
All Kuge brake hoses carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If a hose fails within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, racing use, or contact with chemicals not specified for the hose material.
Yes. OEM (manufactured to your brand and packaging) and ODM (our existing models adapted to your specs) are both available. We have long-term OEM/ODM partners in North America, Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia, and can sign NDAs for confidential projects.

Yes. Sample orders are welcome. Sample fee = unit price + shipping cost (courier like DHL or FedEx). The sample fee is fully refundable against a confirmed bulk order. Sample lead time is 3-7 days.
